Shopping

Are shipping costs included?

We do not include shipping costs due to the unique shipping and handling requirements associated with these very bulky products. After you place your order, we will manually create a shipping estimate and contact you for further payment.

How long do I have to wait to receive my purchase?

All inflatables are made to order, therefore orders have a lead time of 12-16 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the continental U.S.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

All credit cards are accepted as payment via the Stripe gateway, a secure payment utility widely used in online stores.

Do I have to pay the full price up front?

At this point in time, we do require full payment up front. We plan to integrate an option to place a 30% down payment by the end of the year.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact us and include as much information as possible concerning your order. Keep in mind that such requests may incur additional fees.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Not at all! It’s very easy to complete checkout without creating an account; we will email all details pertaining to your order to the email address you provide.
